Richmond Developer was established December 2002 by Kevin Thomas Perry of Richmond, VA. Kevin has over 7 years experience as a graphic designer and has created web sites independently for state government agencies, non-profit organizations, small businesses, and individuals. Kevin also is an independent insurance agent, where he sells small and large commercial accounts. Kevin manages an estimated total of $500,000 in total premium. His philosophy about web design is simple "small businesses deserve professionally designed web sites without having to take out a loan". We are your affordable solution to promoting your business through the internet.
We are expanding and looking for talented and experienced graphic designer, digital photographers, and coordinators.
